As part of the ongoing effort to achieve a healthy building status and help to promote a clean air environment Whitehall provides to large Apartment/Condo Buildings – Large Commercial Buildings – Offices – Plaza & Shopping Malls an Above Ground & Underground Parking Cleaning service.

In the Above Ground Pavement cleaning, we power sweep, removing debris and power wash parking spaces, Power wash building entrances, removing chewing gum, stains etc. and power wash all interlocking stones.

The Underground Pavement cleaning service includes, thoroughly power sweeping the parking area, degreasing oils etc., power washing the total area with pressure washers and ride on sweepers/scrubbers. No effort is spared in preventing debris and dirt from entering the existing drainage system. The debris swept up is taken off site and discarded.

Whitehall has found that an annual Program, divided into two parts is adequate for optimum maintenance. After the winter deposits of sand, salt, grit, grease and debris, the first service is usually done between March and the end of May.

The second service is generally done between Mid October to Mid December. This combined service provides year round coverage that substantially reduces the trekking of dirt and soils to the other levels of the building. Our services can be requested and provided at any time of the year after construction or emergencies etc. No job too small, no job too large.
